As a management coordinator for 3elm, Jalal has worked in management and administration for more than 10 years bringing excellent administration, logistics and communications skills.
Jalal has coordinated more than 15 projects medium to big sized projects to ensure that all the requirements are met with and exceeding customer’s expectations.
One of the big project is Electric Vehicle Grand Prix (EVGP) which was done for 2 years 2023 and 2024 and it was an international program where schools from UAE, USA, Egypt and Italy participated in the program.

As development coordinator at 3Elm Education, Maya Motlik brings 20 years of experience creating programs with both government, non-profit and corporate partners in countries around the world.
She has mobilized resources for programs with the United Nations, with private funders and for political parties. In addition to development she is a skilled researcher and policy specialist. She has been living and supporting programs in the UAE for the past 6 years.
Maya has completed certificates programs in Technology and Innovation with the MIT Institute, has helped develop CRM programs for campaigns and holds a Master’s degree in International Development Economics from the American University (Washington, DC).
